Well, there was a programme on NDTV last night; but yes, in general, no one knows or cares.
A naive question: why don't people care?
Scares the bejesus out of me that they can pick up someone at random, label him a Naxalite and lock him up indefinitely.

km - it's not even someone "at random", it's senior people in the People's Union for Civil Liberties, which has many lawyers working for it.
Chandan Mitra has a more balanced discussion of the relevant views, of course.

While the US is lucky to have just on Fox, the entire mass media network in India is a Fox.
